Actually, the correct term is 'received pronunciation.'

You are obviously total idiot. Dialect has little or no correlation with socio-economic status. I live near Birmingham and do not speak with a Black Country accent. My friend would be considered as wealthier than me and speaks with a broad Black Country accent.
You are a fool and obviously speak with received pronunciation, my friend is not a fool and also speaks with received pronunciation. Wow.

Oh, go and sit in your rocking chair, bemoan the current social problems and ramble on about 'yob culture' you condescending ar$e.

Phoenetically correct? Actually, the phoenetically correct way of saying advance is "ad-vance", there's no r or second a. So, ACTUALLY, I dump on you from a great height... :-D
Unless you're American and you like raping languages.

My thoughts exactly!
