It's either Sega or Infogrames (Atari) at fault, not Nintendo.
I'm not sure what the case is with SOA: Legends, but recently, Sega have been publishing their games, Infogrammes have been distributing them.
Well I don't know who's fault it is, but I'm sure Nintendo could've done more to ensure a wider distribution of the game. Also, what did Infogrames have to do with Legends? Their logo's shown somewhere..

Oh yeah, absolutely. I ended up ordering it off ajg-games.com - they were the only online retailer that had it in stock. Ridiculous, eh?

Skies of Arcadia was a good release, it makes some insane Nintendo logic that it's pretty hard to find a copy of the game, what with it being good and all...

Though I'd disagree on your recent releases point - Zelda, Metroid Prime and Skies Of Arcadia have all kept me VERY busy. If there were any more, I'd be really pushed for time and would have to make some sacrifices (I've already had to force myself not to buy Super Monkey Ball 2 and Resident Evil Zero at the risk of having my life taken over by games).
