There isn't any real meaning behind it, I just wanted it to seem kind of 'mindless'.
That's only in the films, all real operators do a double tap, except snipers, they just create large holes in people....
If he was really professional he wouldn't need one to make sure. :D

i have ton confess that i didn't find the equipment and weapons very exciting either - but Unreal II on the other hand...
