> Heard good things about Time Spitters 2 as far as multi player goes?
TimeSpltters 2 more than makes up for the lack of multiplayer features in Halo. Even the first TS game kicks Halo's ass in that respect. The levels are a lot better too.
Comparing them is like comparing chalk with cheese.
Funniest typo of the day. Of course 'I' wasn't supposed to be monotonous, 'it' was supposed to be.
This
> level is supposed to be monotonous and test your patience? I cant
> understand how people did not think it was fun,
I was supposed to be monotonous and test your patience, yet you can't understand how people didn't think it was fun?
Seems a bit obvious really. Monotony and aggravation are 2 words that you don't use when reffering to an enjoyable game.
Oh and Serious Sam is excellent. £9.99 from Play.com, so you can hardly go wrong.

The thing with Serious Sam is, it's actually supposed to have stupid AI and bland characters.
That's what's so fun about it. It knows how stupid it is, and it constantly takes the p-ss out of itself. It's not about clever AI routines and well designed level, it's all about big guns and stupid amounts of thick as s--t enemies attacking you all at once.
It's an aquired taste, but if you aquire it, it's so much fun.
