"Vice City on Xbox"

In this months issue of OXM they said that Vice City was coming to Xbox. is this true, or are they just talking, like normal, complete and utter rubbish?

I agree it's quite likely that Grand Theft Auto will come to Xbox, but I am right in saying that there's a chance it won't happen and the evidence so far is simply speculation.

Here's hoping though. Then I could probably sell my PS2.

Have Rockstar actually made an official announcement yet? It's not on gamespress.com.
