No, but I've played the predecessor, plus the demos for both the Xbox and PS2 versions and read a fair few reviews.

Pinnacle of pathetically easy gameplay, a sh*et arcade mode which can be finished with all characters in under a couple of hours, on top of that ther is yet another boring quest mode and a survival mode which still uses load times between fights. Its old hat from an engine I have used since I first got my Playstation donkeys years a go. Tekken is goof fun because it doiesn't try to set a new tone for future fight titles. Soul Calibur is over rated and 'soul-less' when it comes to character interaction.
