Pulling someone by their solarplexus would be quite a logistical feat. First you would have to cut them open, then feel around inside until you found the appropriate area at the pit of stomach. Then you would have to yank them down around by this bundle of nerves. Now I agree this would be extremely painful IF you hadn't already died from blood loss.
It would take a masochistic as enormous as Hannibal Lecter's to pull it off successfully.
