Gamecube? It's definitely not coming out on that.

And it'll probably be released for Xbox 2.

As MS own Rare who made PD it will be Xbox exclusive. Well Xbox Next exclusive if rumours are to be believed.

And there was something similar to the laptop gun in TWINE on the N64 which was a well decent game incidentally.

with any luck, will we be getting PD2 on the ecksbocks?

I sincerely hope so as I don't want to fork out for a gamecube

Heh, well I finally got me N64 today, so have been playing perfect dark for quite a while today.

just as good as I remember it, one thing that has always baffled me - the laptop sentry gun is the best idea for a weapon I have seen in any FPS, why hasn't anyone tried to copy it?

there is loads of fun to be had for you and a friend to slam a couple of sentries above a door, then crouch down and wait for a group of simulants to come through the door. hey presto, simulant soup.

gaming brilliance.

other guns that are just so damn good - farsight, slayer, superdragon and the magsec 4

I hear that - a diet of tobacco and beer was all that was needed.

of course the playing got progressively poor as the night went on, but I used to just blame it on the SIMs getting harder

Perfect darK was my favourite FPS ever and it still is.
With all the futuristic weapons as well as the older ones I had a great time enjoying it with my friends.
The levels and the multiplayer modes was so fantastic that I almost starved to death while I was sitting in my chair and playing the game.

heh, I had that. I rarely used to play the 1 player game, just stick on the combat simulator, add a few hardsims, choose some nice gruesome weapons and blow the hell out of them.

sometimes, having a peacesim on was funny, cos you'd be lining up a shot and he'd knock the gun out of your hand. little bstard.

But Time splitters 2 has quite a fun co-operative mode and is superb with its' original and funny range of characters. Time Splitters 2 also has surprisingly good multiplayer.
Turok:Evolution is my newest game and I think was given an unfair score in some of the magazines, it rules.
