It's easy to drive properly in GTA3. It's just fun to flip the vehicles and get Insane Stunt bonuses.
And in the mission where you kill Kenji you can't flip the vehicle, because you have to use it to run him over. So, in other words, you have to keep vehicles upright at least some of the time.

I preferred the city in grand theft auto 3, but I prefer the abundance of vehicles, weapons and missions of vice city

GTA3 and Vice City have a lot in common, tbh. That being that they're both completely vacuous and utterly retarded games that aren't worth the media on which they are stored.
