Also, Metroid Prime, Mario Sunshine, StarFox Adventures and Mario Party 4 are all Player's Choice range on the same day. Too bad I have all of them :-\
And with this new price, I'm sure a few of them will be picking up Gamecubes as soon as they can.

Mario Kart has a far more mass market appeal.
The ammount of people I've heard go "ohhhhhhhh" with the mere mention of Mario Kart.
But still less interest than the Zelda/Metroid releases. Without some decent advertising, which looks unlikely, all the good but low profile titles won't make any real difference.

MK isn't, and neither is F-Zero. They just don't seem to be generating the same interest.

mario party 5, mario golf, viewtiful joe, 1080, star wars rouge squadron 3, Billy Hatcher and the giant egg.
As nice back up titles.

I think you'll find the 3 titles released at Christmas has more mass market appeal than Zelda and Metroid.
