According to the top posters page, the three moderators for the General Chat forum are hippyman, biglime and plasmahead.

biglime has only made two posts in February and plasmahead is non-existent.

If you would like to be a moderator for the General Chat forum please apply by clicking the link on the chat home page. If you are already a moderator and would like to be a moderator for the General Chat forum then the link might not work for you, so please make your request known by clicking the "Alert a Staff Moderator" link near the top of the page.

When we program the new moderator powers (see Vexxxed's thread) we will take a look at the process of appointing and changing moderators to see if it can be improved.

Amount of replies? 7/20 have several hundred replies =P not sure about quality with some of them though.

I don't really do the quality posts. My main objective was to get more people coming back to the forum and posting so we dont fall below 100 posts a day again. My second objective was to get more people to win GADs to stop the same cheaters winning every single week. I even got us the Review forum, thanks to the lads who mod it. Which has enabled quite a few people to win GADs. Doing all that didn't win me any GADs though, but I'm still glad I did it =)

Now I want someone else to do all this, a new GC mod who can promote the forum and keep everyone entertained when it gets too quiet =) Oh and they can take over these two threads for me. I'm too lazy to update them now.

Congratulations - You're A Winner Thread

Unfortunately it looks like none of you are good enough for the job =( sorry guys.

edit: I'm sure someone will be picked sooner or later =) I'm desperate for someone else to promote the General Chat forum instead of me doing most of the work. [I](notice 1/5 of the threads on pg1 are mine *sigh*)[/S]

Can we be mods of two different forums?

If so I'll be mod of a mod of Gen Chat if you want me, and if there are no serious objections that is. Modding the Life forum is a sleepy affair, most of the people in there are well behaved and don't need a slap too often ...

Not that I'd give up modding it to mod General chat. If we can only have one, then I'll stick with me Intelligent Chat, thank you.

I await your decision ... :)

I'll tighten my stranglehold on this online community yet ...

Bumblebee. He was a yellow Beetle in the original series but was subsequently changed (after Unicron wars) as VW didn't allow any of their cars to be used in a film or series depicting war. The current 'classic' toy is a sports car version and this is reflected in the new movie (though none of them look much like their original toy line).

I am tempted to get some of the current toys though. The Starscreem, Hot Rod and Bumblebee ones are really well detailed and the Optimus Prime one looks nice too (though not the one in the Optimus Vs Megatron pack, his truck mode is all wrong).
