You know you could use a site/program on your PC to get the IP don't you ? It'll be the same.

And another stupid question, do you DEFINITELY had ICS actually installed ? Not all Windows versions install it, though I'm guessing you have it installed already but if you haven't actually seen it install then it's worth checking.
I used to use ICS with no problems on Win98SE, I assume you've used the information from http://www.xbox.com/en-GB/live/start/connect/sharedpc/ ?
From http://www.xbox.com/en-gb/live/start/connect/sharedpc /ics.htm select your OS and double check everything.
If all that is set right then the best people to contact is Xbox Live support - most ISP's don't seem to know anything much about Live - but don't email them, ring. Email responses in my experience take about a week.

Says cable connected but doesn't move past that.
LIVE was already on from KOTOR so I have no idea where to go next. Anything need activating for ICS? Its setup and everything but is there anything I need to activate?
