From my experience ages ago I seem to remember it could be hot swappable as you put it. But then sometimes there was problems as it wouldnt be able to connect to XBox Live but pass the other tests. Sometimes I disconnected the internet and that sorted it out. Other times I reboot the PC and the XBox. If your using a Router it may be different as I was using ICS. Also if your using a Router and have the ability to hide the cable then you might as well leave it connected. One reason I have gone off Live and never play it is because I cant be bothered to hook the cable up, as well as I am always downloading stuff. Lately I havent even got chance to play any games.

A 1GB network card that wasn't compatible with my Ethernet Cable and a wrong IP entered into my network neighbourhood from the ICS setup. All is well now though and if you need help setting yours up give us a shout as it would seem I explored every bloody FAQ and possibility there is :)

Over the years I've become very jaded after many bad experiences with customer services, you have bucked the trend. Polite and efficient from the Freeola team, well done to all involved.
Just a quick note to say thanks for a very good service ... in fact excellent service..
I am very happy with your customer service and speed and quality of my broadband connection .. keep up the good work . and a good new year to all of you at freeola.
