Oh need persuading. Well it literally reeks "cool", it is so cool to watch Joe smash a robot in front of him whilst dodging a bullet and kicking the enemy behind him right in the moosh. Controlling is beautiful ahem Viewtiful and it's even slightly taxing.

And it's a tad adult too.

Cool. Yes very cool.

Buy.

Has anyone else notice VJ uses Resident Evil's music in the run up to boss fights? :-)

The thing is i dont want it to finish too quickly, i want a game that'll last me a while longer :P

VJ is brillaint, not sure how long but each level is quite a challenge. I just beat Hulk Davidson, who rocks, and I had one go on the flying level, which rocks.

I love Hulk Davidson's drawing, it's quite simply genius :-D

I've read all the reviews etc, and VJ looks like a "Top Game" but i just need to know how long does it last? How many levels are there etc? And are you satisfied with it? Thanks...

I think his name is Charles the Third. Why they have names anyway is beyond me. I've never seen a film where giant mutant bad guys have real human names.

Just beaten Whoever the 5th (Bat guy) and got the Zoom ability. It's great fun, but it feels a bit awkward whenever I use it.

Still, Viewtiful Joe is the best game I've played in ages, which has to be a good thing :-)

I beat the shark last night, using slow, zoom in and punch. Not got too much further than that.

You can use the same tactic on most of the bosses, you just have to be patient.
Another Joe is especially hard, although if you're patient you can win in a couple of tries.

That's how I did it... I did it in slow-mo alot of the time but it's easy to beat the hell out of him.

The trick, as always is to remove one and a half of his health bars at a time just jumping near his face and constantly using the spinning zoom in kick until your VFX is about to run out.
for the shark, youu can just go and find him underneath all the platforms in a little swimming pool type bit, where you can just pummel him with the spinning kick until he dies. Just make sure you run away whe he tries to eat you, as it takes away about 2/3 of your life.
