> Why are EA only plugging GameCube in the Fifa ad?
Because Nintendo signed a deal with EA promoting connectivity and in return charges EA less for producing their games.
They've been the best of friends ever since.
There won't be any exclusives sadly just Nintendo will house the pick of the EA bunch.

The morale of this story?
Munn's a genius.
Many of their big titles have left but they still have many a game left to pull in the punters.
Grand Turismo...
anything else?
I think developers finaly realised that they can make more money going multi-format...
> Mario Kart's coming to the PS2? BRILLIANT! ;D
Heh that reminds me when I posted:
GTA: Multiformat
MGS: Multiformat
Resident Evil: Gone to Nintendo
Crash: Multiformat
Spyro: Multiformat
Timesplitters: Multiformat...
Up in arms isn't a word I use lightly.
> Your in mario kart topic right now.
And so are you...
point?
I have just read through every post in this topic and i can honestly conclude that this forum consists of a large amount of one sided fools.
However, i was once the same, i used to analy assault Nintendo in all posible ways. But the i opened my eyes. Every gamer in unique, wants his own type of game, the PS2 sells and apeals to more people because it has that huge variaty of games. where as the Gamedube doesn't because it has a limited selction.
However, this is nothing to argue about. Do we argue about what food is better, or which outdoor urinating spot is more fun to use?
I didnt think so, what none of you seem to grasp, is the fact that games, even though they are aimed at a certain target group, are a unique thing.
Your opinion of a game might be one thing, however, f you dont like it, there is no need to rant about it.
At the end of the day, it all comes down to favouriteism, which, in my eyes, is quiet foolish. If you were to actually think about it, and explore all of the areas in which gaming exists, you would realise that if you didn't favour just one console/ocmpnay then you would be better off (not in money terms though, for games are expensive). If you were to acknowledge to yourselves that each console has its perks and also has its downfalls, then you would have more games, therefore more things to play meaning more fun!
Personally, i own a Gamecube and a PC. I have GTA's for my pc, as well as Halo etc. Games which would have helped me buy a ps2 and Xbox if they had not crossed onto PC. However, i own a Gamecube for the titles that i know will not come to PC, such as Resident Evil, Eternal Darkness. I will be buying Mario Kart this friday, but i will buy another game too, Call of Duty. But thats my unique choice, i want these games, i will get these games, i wont argue over them. After all, its my choice and my money!
As for this topic, it was posted to start a fuss anyway, there is no reason to rise to it, and even the greatest fan boy must admit that this triple A title from Nintendo does hold some potential.
Play it for yourself, and maybe you will not slate it.
As for the foul use of insults used in this topic to defend ones favourite console, it really does show you up...
