Oh yeah, you can shoot people through their car, do slowmo dives, shoot tyres, do some huge jumps, jump out of your car while its moving, do like a burnout/doughnut.

As in, missions, or aiming? Missions are done in a set order, aiming you can do whatever you like. But when you have to drive to a destion or something, theres no time limit so you can just explore and solve random crimes and stuff.

Most things are destructable, like when you crash into a wall, things fall off it.

The city is HUGE. Its really massive. 30-45mins to just drive across it if you have a really fast car and dont stop for anyone.

Yeah you can just go kill people and stuff. Gangsters and loads of different people come after you.

If you dont want a bad ending sort of thing, just dont go to anywhere where it auto-saves. Just go on a huge rampage and then go back to your normal game.

Shooting criminals is fun. And then if you get bored, kill some innocent people.

NGC's review left me feeling very disappointed.

Nah, auto-aim helps. ALOT. And you dont even have to auto-aim, you can just like switch to precision aiming or just not auto aim.
