That's how long it took me to complete Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic. Fifty hours. Granted, about 5 or so of those are from the game being left on pause, but I pretty much took my time through the whole thing. And I didn't even bother with half of the side quests, or character specific quests.

Then I remembered you can play it through again on the Dark Side. That's got to be another 25-30 hours at least, surely? Then you have to take into consideration every single side quest, assassination quest, character quest etc. I could feasibly be playing this until the middle of next year.

How big is this goddamn game? Every single line of text is spoken too, this is pretty incredible when you think that there's technically two routes through the game, every character has pages and pages of backstory, dozens of different response, all of which vary depending on whether you're light side or dark side, and indeed whether you're male or female. I'm seriously impressed.

Then there's Xbox Live downloadable content to look forward to, which granted, probably won't be much, but still, it's extra gameplay.

Is this perhaps the bext value for money game of all time?

Pokemon.

Is a brilliant game. I had Red.

It went wrong.

I didn't cry, merely ate my feet in my room.

AND I WAS 2 AWAY! Then i dropped my cartdridge and lost the save data while i was on my way to trade for the last 2... GODARNIT!

Heh. I didn't like Morrowind, so 300+ hours would no doubt kill me.

I probably played Pokemon Yellow for that long when I had it, though, and that would bore others to hell, so it all evens out.

I know I've played ISS98 on the '64 for longer than 300 hours though - I completed about 5 World Leagues on that, and there are 94 games in a World League. Plus all the other tournaments, etc. But this was done over a period of, well, from Christmas 1998 to now. I still play it.

I played Pokemon blue for 120 hours.

Although I spent about 300+ hours on one career on CM 01/02 whilst doing 3 A-levels. 80 seasons worth. Only stoped becasue CM4 came out.

Is there any plans for a version of CM4 to come out on the xbox anyone know? becasue playing on full detail (full match reports for all divisons) is incredibily slow on my 1.54GHz 1gigRAM machine.

Hmmmmm. Longest time spent playing a game?

Probably Goldeneye/Perfect Dark

But then there's Chocks Away on the Archimedes and also Doom in it's many incarnations...
