OK Lets go back in time..........

Its 1950, the war is over and everyone is looking for something to do in their spare time.

You now have the knowledge to enlighten the people about the Future of Gaming as you have already been into their future.....

You have the oppurtunity to invent a games console and 1 game, but that is all.

You must think carefully about the durability of the console as it will have to last around 50 years, which also means the 1 game you include with the console will also need to keep them occupied for a very long time!

Think very carefully.

What games console and 1 game would you provide the people of 1950 with?

It was worth it. Except for the bug at the end, and the fact it's only five levels long (they are quite long levels though). Still, maybe those release dates were the magazines mistakes. I can't wait for the level editor though. Do you think Black & White will end up having a huge mod community like Half-Life or the Sims? I think it should. It really is a good game, good for stress relief too (take that stupid villager, MWAHAHAHAHAAAA). You can spank your monkey if he's been a bad boy by the way (oh it just gets worse doesn't it). Except, more likely you'll be spanking an Ape, since I think there is only one type of tail weilding primate in the game. Why are good gorillas green?

I've got this ancient PC magazine which previews resident evil 2 yeah and it showed some pictures of black and white and underneath it said sommin like
These are off the breaktaking game black and white where you conrol a God etc, then it said set to released in late 1999 but could even be as late as early 2000.

Sorry, have you not heard of the mighty game Black & White? In which you are a god and have a creature that you can train to assist you in your good or evil godly duties. I thought everyone would have, but it wouldn't be as funny if I had to explain the joke.

Spank Monkeys? Flying cars? im confused.

They had Black & White back then? Why did we only get it recently then? And why did Space Invaders out sell it? If people could have spanked their monkeys in the 50's then surely we would have flying cars by now. What's wrong with Space Invaders anyway?

Well 3 people have said they would provide a gameboy with tetris.....

IT WAS BLACK AND GREEN DAMN IT! Dont' you know all aliens are little, and green!

Well im sure if you showed them doom or something they would curse it to hell and call it the devils work but i don't know.

I would give them Jet set radio to make them realise gaming is cool.

MegaDrive with Sonic 3, without a doubt, although I'd love to see their faces when they play GT3!
