I just got it back from SR after having to send a faulty wheel/game pack back, and, it's brilliant. Before I sent it back I had only played the Arcade mode but now I have had a little go on the GT mode, and even after only finishing 6.3% of the game, I'm hooked, so you wont see me about here much for a little while.

I've got a very good tip for you SSX. But only use this if you get really desperate. Buy a RUF CTR2 (4WD) and tune it up as much as possible. Buy some rally tyres to beable to enter the race. Now just hold the accelerator and help it round the corners - its so fast you dont need to control it, just wall ride it through the corners and burn it off!!

yeah try the beetle for real vibes haha, Although GT3 isn't that "great", I mean it's a fantastic game with excellent visuals and awsome gamepay but it's really just a recycled up to date PS2 vesion but in an case it is a must have title.

im only good at rally because its so easy, the vibrations are so good on it.

Hey ssxpro - i'm great at the rallying bits! How about we swop CD's and i'll do the two rally bits on yours, and you can do the 75% on mine i haven't got round to doing yet! So then - good plan or what?

i am a sega rally pro. i played that game to death. we had the arcade version in our college. i had the top 20 times.

At 80% complete, I`m still loving it, despite having GT1 and 2 from my PSone days.

However, my aim for 100% may be thwarted (hats off to those who`ve already done it) by the insane rally time attacks. The races aren`t a problem. If you can`t drive, you just get a better car, or a better engine, however, my rally driving is appalling, and I doubt I`ll ever get first on the Swiss Alps arcade time attack (don`t laugh). The others are fine, its just the two rally courses that have me stumped for now.

I did about 25% of it, and now i'm BORED BORED BORED.
The premise of getting new cars, upgrading, winning certain races, then with the prize money you buy cars, upgrade etc etc. Has got rather repetitive in my opinion. A bit like this post i've just written.

it isnt as good as i hoped. I am a driving game freak. i live for driving games. this game didnt pass me expectations. i'm not saying it bad, its a great game.

In my view Sega rally 1995 is still THE driving game.

I didn't buy GT2, as by that point I was starting to lose interest in PSOne (bought a NASA sized PC you see). And apart from the rally mode, I didn't feel it had much different to entice me. Having played the V Rally games to death, that didn't persuade me either. Now I'm glad, as there has been a console generation and a sufficient time gap to refuel my interest. GT3 rocks.

I know it sounds silly but I didnt play GT3 for a while cause I couldnt be bothered.But since yesterday I am playing it properly.I am hooked now.
