I'm quite sure that if you take a corner in a road car and you are going too fast, it would slide, and you would crash.
There were a few courses where I had to do that several times, but it paid off.
GT mode isn`t too hard now, unless you use a Demio in the pro league. Cars such as the 787B, the F1 cars, GTones etc... all make it easy.

Well, it might help in rally mode, but that`s not what I mean. The rally races are the easiest in the game. Both the arcade races, and GT mode rally races are all easy. However, I am stuck on the arcade time attacks. These have a fixed car to use so I can buy as many RUfs as I like and it won`t help a bit. I can`t get first on the Swiss Alps time trial, only second.
The handling is about as good as you're going to get in a 2D environment.
