I just got it back from SR after having to send a faulty wheel/game pack back, and, it's brilliant. Before I sent it back I had only played the Arcade mode but now I have had a little go on the GT mode, and even after only finishing 6.3% of the game, I'm hooked, so you wont see me about here much for a little while.

I'm quite sure that if you take a corner in a road car and you are going too fast, it would slide, and you would crash.

I`ll give that a go, but for now, I`m just going to finish the final few races on GT mode, and leave the last three time trials `till afterwards.

Make sure you use the replays. When you get a new fastest time that isn't 1st place, watch the replay - it's really useful for seeing where you can improve on the racing line.

There were a few courses where I had to do that several times, but it paid off.

I haven`t tried that yet. I`m working along left to right, so thats after the rally time attacks. (Luckily) :-)

GT mode isn`t too hard now, unless you use a Demio in the pro league. Cars such as the 787B, the F1 cars, GTones etc... all make it easy.

I've done all of the Time Attacks except Complex String - that course is a beach!

Well, it might help in rally mode, but that`s not what I mean. The rally races are the easiest in the game. Both the arcade races, and GT mode rally races are all easy. However, I am stuck on the arcade time attacks. These have a fixed car to use so I can buy as many RUfs as I like and it won`t help a bit. I can`t get first on the Swiss Alps time trial, only second.

Well the telemetry and physics are taken from the real cars, so... I guess they skid in the same way.

The handling is about as good as you're going to get in a 2D environment.

I agree with you, i cant see that the cars would handle the way they do some times.

GT3 has bad handling if you think about it, even with the most gripping tyres availible every corner taken a bit too sharp causes you to skid, I'm sorry but cars do not skid that easily. work on the friction for gt4!!!!!!!!!!!
