I just got it back from SR after having to send a faulty wheel/game pack back, and, it's brilliant. Before I sent it back I had only played the Arcade mode but now I have had a little go on the GT mode, and even after only finishing 6.3% of the game, I'm hooked, so you wont see me about here much for a little while.

I would like the damage to be included, but think of the amount of times when you go smashing into a barrier on rally, or smash into other cars while still hammering around a bend. If they made it realistic, then the races would be over quicker and the game wouldn't seem as fun, and you'd be slowing down all the, where's the fun in that?

Definitely! Though I usually don't use the lack of damage to 'cheat', sometimes you just can't help it when the frustration creeps in.

Yeah. Annoying that it affects GT3 though, when so many other driving games smash cars up all over the place. I really hope they manage to get it sorted.

although damage would makeit more realistic, i think it would just be annoying. It might make you a better driver though.

It really looks very 'nintendo'ish. That is the graphics have the soft look that was in games on N64.

Not sure if that is a good or bad thing yet !

Definitely getting a GC when it comes out.

SSX has got to be the best Snowboarding game - ever. Until SSX Tricky comes out.

But SSX tricky is coming out on the GameCube as well. The GameCube looks outstanding, i'm getting one - but then again - SSX Tricky will be coming out on PS2 first - so i'll get that...

Hmmm.

Give SSX a chance. The beauty about it is the depth. At first with low stats, you're not going to go that fast. Start building your boarder up, and you start to fly, get bigger air, and pull off better tricks.
