"Pinkies - have your say"

The notion is that a new 'label' is given to people who cause concern on the forums.

Basically they are shown a pink warning card - that's in between yellow and red - and following this they are a "Pinkie" for a specified period of time.

Their name of course turns to pink.

Ladies and Gennelmen - it's YOOOOUUUR CALL, YUURE CHOICE.

Just give them a pink name so that everyone can laugh at them!! :-D

If you labelled them as well, it would cause more problems as they would try to live up to their name. From my (limited) experience of teaching, people will live up to what you label them, so putting something different in words would be a mistake.

I think changing the colour is a good way to explain to them that the behaviour isn't tolerated, because it doesn't actually say anything per se, but gives them something they would like to get rid of (hopefully) pretty quickly.

Has anyone got the pink name yet? Or is this still another one of Tony's master plans in creation?

its gotta be somthin degrading, and i think pinkie is the best name. somthin like "truoble maker" could lead to people actually breaking the rules on purpose methinks.
