No, it won`t be as lond as the FOG version.
Why am I trying it out anyway?
The PS2 forum is a very interesting place to be, but it can also be a little quiet. I though perhaps if we had a topic with several hundred replies lurking at the top, things would look more popular.
Feel free to use the topic to talk about anything. Either the latest PS2 game, latest ideas for including some female star in a game etc... or even just the usual chat that happens all over.
As I expect this to fail, I`ve decided to spend a little while pushing up the replies. No spamming, just lots of nonsense :-)
Any help would be great, it`d be boring to have a whole topic with replies from only me.
> the reason they won was due to bad light.
Not at all true. The reason that the final test ended in a draw was because of bad light. Had the teams not lost nearly a day's worth of play, then its likely a result would have been reached. Given how well England did in their second innings (anything above 300 for a second innings is good going) they could have left themselves an excellent chance of bowling out Australia for a lower total (after all, they did it in the first innings and in previous tests), so the result could easily have gone England's way.
Also, let's say bad light allowed England a lucky escape assuming Australia would have somehow made a miracle comeback. The same could be said for Australia in the third test. In that test, rain halted play and they lost an entire day. Had this not happened, England would have had a good chance of taking that one final wicket they needed to grab the win rather than having another draw.
As it is, you can't look at ifs and buts, that's cricket and this series was won 2-1 by England with no need for excuses or reasons for either team.

I never watch football matches as it bored me because I was watching several men try and hit a ball to get goals while the opponents tried to get the ball to go the other way.
I'm not saying you necessarily like football, but there are plenty of people who do, where as I don't and that's the point. Everyone enjoys their own sports. Often with cricket its the terminology and rules that just confuse people, preventing them from ever understanding the game. People still ask "Who's winning?" even if they claim to like cricket suddenly. All quite funny.
Hell I even got told by the misses that my boy racer days were gone and I should get rid of my car ... heh that didn't go down too well I can tell thee :(
pb .. playing at work during lunch breaks sounds like the kind of thing I'd end up doing, I know full well I'd get pestered if I was playing it while people were watching the TV :(
Still, Wipeout Pure got a good play and maybe it'll be the turn of Hot Shots today. Need to get a bit further in some of my games before I get Burnout Legends.
Anyone want to sell me Lumines?

Well you know what they say - "takes one to know one"

Ah .. sorry Sleepy, just wondered if I'd get any reaction about why I didn't know what was going on :)
