Yes, it`s been done before.
No, it won`t be as lond as the FOG version.

Why am I trying it out anyway?

The PS2 forum is a very interesting place to be, but it can also be a little quiet. I though perhaps if we had a topic with several hundred replies lurking at the top, things would look more popular.

Feel free to use the topic to talk about anything. Either the latest PS2 game, latest ideas for including some female star in a game etc... or even just the usual chat that happens all over.

As I expect this to fail, I`ve decided to spend a little while pushing up the replies. No spamming, just lots of nonsense :-)

Any help would be great, it`d be boring to have a whole topic with replies from only me.

*Sobs*

I cannot get my broadband ordered yet! I borrowed someone else's thread in the site bugs forum and have had two people post that all modems are in stock. According to the online ordering system they're not and I actually managed to speak to someone at Freeola (couldn't get through on Monday) and they confirm that they are out of stock and I just have to check the site everyday.

I am not a happy bunny!

(I needed to share that with someone, anyone)

Yep same here, first house that fell through recently was up for xxx, we are now paying an aditional £3k (which doesn't really sound alot) but we're getting a better house. Worked out all the finances and it's gonna be tight but have backup funds available for emergencies.

I'm sure you will, don't get me wrong, I'm not knocking Florida, great place, loads to do and two weeks is no where near enough to see it all.

> you will just have to knock the girlfirend out :)

Now that IS a good idea :D

*searches cupboard for baseball bat*

Now I spoke a bit too soon this morning, just had a computer die on the network for no reason, TCP/IP just will not work, even uninstalled and reinstalled it, the cabling is fine to the workstation as I've put another computer there and that works fine.

Damn filthy computers.

No boss for the rest of the day either, he's done some damage to a rib and can hardly move, bang goes his bonus at the end of the year :|

We are the same, the house we are going for was pretty much at the top end of our budget and so we will have to pull in our belts for a few years. Hence the reason why I will have to wait a year for my Bar with Pool Table, garage conversion. The wife does not mind, she is quite happy with it as we can use it to entertain. Need to expand the patio right away for BBQ space.

Hopefully the dollar exchange rate will stay at its current levels for a few months making the holiday all the more cheaper, but we are determined to have a good time has it will be the last major holiday for a while.

Flights are a long time especially when you are on it, you will just have to knock the girlfirend out :)

Well I've not been with any kids, that will probably have to wait a couple of years anyway as we'll need to get the house sorted first - all depends on how the mortgage payments go :|

I think the last time I was there was in 1994 so would probably be a good idea to go back, only trouble is, my gf doesn't like flying :(

Like your style with the share options to garage conversion :D

Yes, definatly worth it taking the kids

Have you been there before?

Yes, twice before, really enjoyed it. This will be the last time for a while, we had booked before we decided to get a new house. Next year's share options are lined up for my garage conversion to Bar/Pool room.
