The "Sony Games" forum, which includes Retro Game Reviews, has been archived and is now read-only. You cannot post here or create a new thread or review on this forum.
No, it won`t be as lond as the FOG version.
Why am I trying it out anyway?
The PS2 forum is a very interesting place to be, but it can also be a little quiet. I though perhaps if we had a topic with several hundred replies lurking at the top, things would look more popular.
Feel free to use the topic to talk about anything. Either the latest PS2 game, latest ideas for including some female star in a game etc... or even just the usual chat that happens all over.
As I expect this to fail, I`ve decided to spend a little while pushing up the replies. No spamming, just lots of nonsense :-)
Any help would be great, it`d be boring to have a whole topic with replies from only me.
Neo, can you or have you any idea about the problem below?
Jive, not come across that before. I'll see if I can find anything out for you.
If you ever find the folks with sticky fingers please give them my address. My home computer is having a mini dicky fit with me. Can't even get on MSN as I keep getting an error saying IE cannot find the server. It's well past it's retirement date but I don't want to replace it yet :(
Didn't realise Neo was HEAD cleaner! Go him on the promotion :D
> Jive, Neo, are you both IT pros?
Well I work in IT and Neo works for MaccyDs - he's head cleaner I'll have you know ;-)
> linux is your answer! :) Gutted on the laptops again.
Hahahahaha ... ahaha ... aha ... ah . a stop goin on about Linux will ya :)
Yeah the loss of the other two lappys is just as annoying, lots of little utilities installed which we didn't have backed up ... doh! Basically though, we should get 5 brand new laptops coming our way via the insurance! :)

Netscape. Found where they were stored and set the email and newgroups account setting / server to point to that file but didn't get them back. There's only one important email that I lost (that I can remember at the moment) but I can get it resent so I've finished cursing about it and just set up the email account again. Thanks.
Neo, NT domain question ... have you ever experienced the following :-
You have a domain which you've called ABC and all your computers join the domain. You have a generic user setup on the domain called abc - this is used by call centre staff which log into the desktops in your call centre.
On a Win2K computer you decide to allow the user abc to have administrative rights to the desktop PC, you go to add the user to the group Administrators on the 2K computer and the user abc disappears from the list.
????? Been baffling us for a while, we've managed to get round the problem but can't understand why this is happening. Any ideas?????
