Why am I trying it out anyway?

The PS2 forum is a very interesting place to be, but it can also be a little quiet. I though perhaps if we had a topic with several hundred replies lurking at the top, things would look more popular.

Feel free to use the topic to talk about anything. Either the latest PS2 game, latest ideas for including some female star in a game etc... or even just the usual chat that happens all over.

As I expect this to fail, I`ve decided to spend a little while pushing up the replies. No spamming, just lots of nonsense :-)

Any help would be great, it`d be boring to have a whole topic with replies from only me.

Although from that description, it sounds like my old bedroom :)

Still our next house will be bigger and better with less people in it, either that or we build an extention on the back and let the next buyers pickup the tab on the council tax ... but that's another story :|

Not in a student house! I have a big enough room squeeze in 2 reclining leather chairs, nuff electronics, pc and consoles double bed, its jus the rear speaker that's annoying to place. When i get mi own house though - the world will be mine!!!!

Yup! I had/have the same problem, i have to keep moving the rear speaker into position each time till i get a bracket up in my room behing the bed!
Only problem with 6.1 not enough dvds are fully encoded in it yet, but they are improving :)

To be honest, I was really happy with the 5.1 setup... that was movie-like enough for me.

Heh ... bigger better and more sound - wish I'd gone for a 6.1 setup but there's nowhere for me to put the speaker which goes behind the sofa inbetween the two rear surrounds. We've got French windows behind and I really didn't want it sitting on the floor, nor attaching it to the wall above the curtain rail :(
