Yes, it`s been done before.
No, it won`t be as lond as the FOG version.

Why am I trying it out anyway?

The PS2 forum is a very interesting place to be, but it can also be a little quiet. I though perhaps if we had a topic with several hundred replies lurking at the top, things would look more popular.

Feel free to use the topic to talk about anything. Either the latest PS2 game, latest ideas for including some female star in a game etc... or even just the usual chat that happens all over.

As I expect this to fail, I`ve decided to spend a little while pushing up the replies. No spamming, just lots of nonsense :-)

Any help would be great, it`d be boring to have a whole topic with replies from only me.

Still waiting for SR to update the PSP games. No SSX, no Marvel (not that you'd want it). Depressing really...

Morning all,

Mostly being rather angry at myself at the moment, due to having severe computer problems at home. Here's one for you Jive n co.

Took the back of my case off to get at the rear hard drive screws to put in a bigger drive, a fair few of the case led wires popped out, so i thought no worries just pop em back in it should work without them anyway. Finally got em back in, reboot and .....nothing, gets to the choose yer OS screen select and crash,. It wont go into safe mode, gives many an error about missing files: load needed DLLs for HAL ? meah?

Tried reinstalling windows xp, not even having it, starts to load the setup screen from the cd and crashes, same with linux! Gaarrrrr! Thinking its the motherboard rather than hard drive, shes a bit old? Any ideas cheifs? (ps tried it on a dif hard drive and same problem!)

rant done!

I do sympathise with you both really - I just couldn't resist the easiest of digs at you :)

I really am fortunate that I only have nieces and nephews to contend with and they are easy to solve as they all get gift vouchers. Expect the six year old niece - her mother buys the right present for her and I just give her the money. Bliss.

Oh and then you also have to contend with trying to keep up with their Dad, who obviously spends quite a bit on them .. although last year we did better than him :)

Still it's starting to get a tad expensive and difficult to keep the costs down .. especially with "I must have a label and not a crappy copy" mentality!

How about an orange and some nuts?

My parents always told me that's what I was getting for Christmas. Never did though.

You should consider yourself lucky Sleepy that you do not have kids, this year's list consisted of:-

New Utd Home Shirt (no problem)
TV with DVD
Sky+ for Bedroom
Laptop for Homework

Top two will be what he is getting if he is lucky :)

It's not being grumpy (well it is I suppose) but if you spend that amount on one, you have to spend it on the other, so all of a sudden your in the realms of £600 plus on presents!

*shudders*

I've only just remortgaged to clear a massive amount of debts and I really don't want to start down that road again :(
