Why am I trying it out anyway?

The PS2 forum is a very interesting place to be, but it can also be a little quiet. I though perhaps if we had a topic with several hundred replies lurking at the top, things would look more popular.

Feel free to use the topic to talk about anything. Either the latest PS2 game, latest ideas for including some female star in a game etc... or even just the usual chat that happens all over.

As I expect this to fail, I`ve decided to spend a little while pushing up the replies. No spamming, just lots of nonsense :-)

Any help would be great, it`d be boring to have a whole topic with replies from only me.

I think a lot of people are going to be a lot more cautious this time around with the new consoles becasue of what happened last time with prices.

I note the laughter and smiles my last post caused but I will excuse you all as I am still in a giddy mood.

There were no dirty scousers!! They were all clean :)

My exams results were supposed to be released today but they've put them back until 1st of June. Bummer.

And to get into the mood of the last few posts - I'll not be buying any new consoles until the PS3 drops in price. I discovered years ago that I do not like the handheld consoles and do not want an Xbox so I'll wait patiently. Apart from that there are loads of games I've yet to play on the PS2 - someone lent me GTA:SA to play while I was off work and I've just taken Devil May Cry (the first one) out of it's case.

Have a grand bank holiday weekend - don't get sunburned while your doing your 'chores' :D

Interesting, they also have the release date of 29th Nov, but I would assume they are just guessing. I am not paying their price, but might be tempted to pre order so see what happens when the real price comes out.

They do not take your money until shipment so I guess you could cancel nearer the time.

Meah, i'll probably let the market settle see which has the the better games, and get that one. Although will probably get them all eventually.

Although if 360 isn't back-compatable, i'll give it a miss for a while.
