Why am I trying it out anyway?

The PS2 forum is a very interesting place to be, but it can also be a little quiet. I though perhaps if we had a topic with several hundred replies lurking at the top, things would look more popular.

Feel free to use the topic to talk about anything. Either the latest PS2 game, latest ideas for including some female star in a game etc... or even just the usual chat that happens all over.

As I expect this to fail, I`ve decided to spend a little while pushing up the replies. No spamming, just lots of nonsense :-)

Any help would be great, it`d be boring to have a whole topic with replies from only me.

Bblue Screen Of Death (BSOD) when installation of Xp starts. Basically it's not happy with one of the settings on my computer somewhere, where I have no idea because it's already been installed on this HDD before.

Looks like I'll be taking it to work again tomorrow then unless Win2k installs ok in which case I'll just leave it like that.

I always think of something to get things to work, and eventually I get them working.

Like that time my computer wouldnt let me install my camera or the software or any of the drivers. Heck, it wouldnt even recognise the disk.

All working now.

Now that is not funny, looks like I'll be digging my copy of Win2k out then and giving that a quick try out.....gah more bloomin time wasted!

What's even more annoying is that I've already had XP running on here once before.....

Well you better start trying to understand if you want a job in the wonderful world of IT. It's stupid little things like this that stop what should be easy installations.....and at the moment I can't work out why my computer wont boot any further than the BIOS access screen.

Just freezes and does flip flop all, I AM NOT HAPPY!

I understand completely.
