Yes, it`s been done before.
No, it won`t be as lond as the FOG version.

Why am I trying it out anyway?

The PS2 forum is a very interesting place to be, but it can also be a little quiet. I though perhaps if we had a topic with several hundred replies lurking at the top, things would look more popular.

Feel free to use the topic to talk about anything. Either the latest PS2 game, latest ideas for including some female star in a game etc... or even just the usual chat that happens all over.

As I expect this to fail, I`ve decided to spend a little while pushing up the replies. No spamming, just lots of nonsense :-)

Any help would be great, it`d be boring to have a whole topic with replies from only me.

Ah, excellent! Its always impressive when you see people managing that kind of thing - most people find doing either a degree or a job enough work, so doing both would have those same people stunned! As its a BSc, does that mean you have results due in the next month? Exciting stuff, or not something to get worked up about?

I doubt I'd really understand anything you were doing! Despite the fact that the computing department here in Bath is in the same building as the maths department, the overlap in research appears to be quite small. When I was doing my degree, there was the option of doing some computing units though - computer vision, computer graphics, computer algebra, a few computing language units and some basic java and C stuff in the first year - but I'm afraid I didn't take advantate of much of it and stuck to the maths mostly.

Anyway, hope the computing is going well! Sounds like you might have something more in common with FinalFantasyFanatic soon. His degree sounded like it was more on the gaming side of computing, but there's bound to be some overlap.

You're not being too nosey - it is general knowledge in this thread anyway :)

I work full time but am doing a part time degree in Computing BSc.

Hi! Not meaning to be too nosey, but are you doing an MSc or something like that? Its just that, if you are talking about uni, but have an office, it would make sense. Or are you doing Open University? Either way, good stuff.

Morning guys,

I had the pleasure of being able to read a few books this weekend again. Books of my choice not the ones stipulated by the uni. Plus someone brought me 3 kgs of Lions midget gems so I expanded my wasteline as well as my library :)

My office isn't too bad as it doesn't get direct sunlight for most of the day but I am dreading the drive home.

Afternoon.

Just popped out for a snip. I don't particularly like what he's done, but I guess it's better than before. Plus I need to look nice and neat for next week!

:D
