Worldwide production of the Cell chip is estimated to be at 15,000 units a month. Which would mean that even if every Cell chip is put into a PS3, by the end of 2006 they'd still only be able to manufacture 360,000 of them.
There are 5 million PS2 owners in the UK, over 60 million PS2 owners worldwide. If you want a PS3? Join the queue.

Consulting my diary; at 1:35pm on 28th March 2007 I'm planning on travlling by car to Belfast, parking at Castle Court (cost £2), to purchase one from HMV while on my lunch break. The assitant will be called David. For lunch I'll have to have a rushed cheese and pickle sandwich before rushing back up the Dublin Road for my 2 o'clock with Mr. Edwards about refusal of planning on his extension.
They're really annoying to play FPS games with (my favourite type of game) but good for beat 'em up (Not exactly my favourite type of game).
By today's standards they're poor. They were good when up against the 3DO, Jaguar and CDi, now they're just dated.
Tell me if u can pre-order a PS3 yet??
