i beg to differ. UTd will win it by 20 pts this season!
Veron is a good player and might have done well but I think that anybody could have torn Man U to shreads at the start of that game with or without Veron.
And as for this year's Premiership, it's gonna be closer at the top. I think that Man U will win the Premiership but Sir Alex is going to find it harder this season and they are not going to romp to victory like they did last season.

all that mattered vas that ruud scored a goal. thats all that mattered. we lost that shield the last 3 seasons and still went on to win the premiership.
ruud scored on his competitive debut and that should give him the confidence to tear the premiership defences to shreads.
