Here are a few reasons why the N64, shouldn't have been released:
1) Cartridge games are dearer to produce, therefore we, the customers, find the games more pricey which then leads to us not buying them.
2) The cartrides and the consoles are bulkier than other consoles.
3) Cartridge games have to be cleaned more often because the dust gathers in the hole were the cartridge is inserted.
4) If you push the cartridge in too forcefully, you can wreck them.
If you wanted, you could say ''Wht did they bring out CD based consoles if it was posible to have just the same efects with a cartridge console. If all consoles were cartridge based then maybe the games could be sold for less.
What do you mean - "Why was the N64 ever released?" What an idiot.
Tsk Tsk.

Excuse me? Nintendo have released different versions of their consoles in some territories for years - even the NES had a top loading american version. The US SNES was just plain ugly, and changed for the UK release...and the Game Boy? Gone through a few redesigns..

Think
