"Getting an Xbox...."

Can someone tell me the best games for the system, aswell as which ones allow you to play your own music.
At the moment my top ones are Jet Set,Amped 2,and PGR2.
I only know of being able to play your own music in Amped, what are the rest?

Syphonical: Mav has a bee in his bonnet about Amped and Amped 2. Bottom line is they are better that 1080 Avalanche, both of them, I have them all, and I'd rate them considerably above the SSX series as well. Amped is great.

Amped was great, Amped 2 was crap. They changed it completely and the online play was a joke.

Still, Carve is greatness for £15

Amped 2 was as good as Amped, just not a huge improvement. The controls and feel of it were absolutely identical in every way. The graphics were nicer and it had Live play, which was alright for a change of scenery. It was more Amped Revised than Amped 2.

Yeah, that was what it felt like. I like it, because it is a bit better, but it isn't a revolutionary sequel by any stretch of the imagination. Other than the graphical improvements, the Live multiplayer would have been better off as a Live download, if they could do that.

Except, they couldn't charge as much for a Live download. In saying that, I got it for £20 brand new, which was well worth it.

Amped is a game that I'll probably end up getting 2nd hand for a fiver next year.
