Can someone tell me the best games for the system, aswell as which ones allow you to play your own music.
At the moment my top ones are Jet Set,Amped 2,and PGR2.
I only know of being able to play your own music in Amped, what are the rest?

A quick check of the Gamespot review says yes it does. Also a Dolby 5.1 game.

GTA can use custom soundtracks, but uses them as like CD's (GTA3) and tapes (Vice). It's just like an extra radio station.

and you NEED PGR2.

And buy Carve.

If your crap at racing, like XBOX Live and like doing tasks then Midtown Madness 3 is a good'un.

Oh, PGR does custom sound tracks, and I believe GTA does, but other than that I don't know.

These are all highly rated games that you haven't mentioned. I have nearly all of them. I'm not sure what other ones allow you to make your own sound tracks, not something I've ever done yet to be honest with you.
