I put this challenge to you. My individual goal (HM) is to increase my GS by 20,000 points by September 1st 2010. As this seemed a popular idea, many freeola users have jumped in with their own personal challenges.
If you are interested in joining the challenge, just post your target score and how many points you are away (or just a target amount), along with your Gamertag and I'll put you on the board below.
Keep posting updates when you unlock achievements. The best way (and most manageable) would be to post the game title and the number of points achieved from the start date of your target. For instance: if I had a Viva Pinata and unlocked 600 points, I would post: "Viva Pinata - 600 points".. Points gained from before the target date do not count.

From your current score, I think it may!

You are a true gamer then! As for me, I'd like to be like that, but tend to struggle. Think I play too many games!

I hate talking in games. I just generally sit back and race/shoot/explore alone online. Occasionally crack out the head set if I want to talk to friends, but that is it really!
I suppose it does come down to what peoples perception of completion is. Some are happy to just finish the single player and not bother about achievements. Some play for the achievements. I play to complete the single player, collect all the achievements and try to see all the game has to offer even if I have all the achievements.
I'm not much of a multiplayer fan though. I don't mind co-op stuff but I'm not a people person. Communication isn't a strong quality for me.
1200MS is a lot for a game, but it really is worth it. It is almost like a retail game! Hopefully get a few more from it later.4
Had a browse through your games list last night GP - very impressed with your completion level! So many 1000's and 200's! Puts me to shame!
Anyway, 70 points for me tonight on Saints Row. About a third of the way through the single player game. Still got a few weird single player achievements to go (like shooting down 50 helicopters) and then it will be the dreaded multiplayer achievements.
Also hoping someone joins my boosting session of Sega Rally. Just those 10 ranked wins away from completing the game.
@GP I find it hard going back to early games - unless its as far back as retro. Even then I struggle!
It is strange going back to older games as they look so simplistic compared to the sequel or just later games.
The Sega Rally boosting session fell through so I'm still trying to find someone to finish that off.
15 more points in G-Force last night. Hopefully will get something through the post by tomorrow...although it isn't looking too good!
FF13 should be good though - and good enough to detract from the Gamerscore Challenge ;)
