The 20,000 point GamerScore Challenge. Many websites like to follow the progress of gamers and the most common way of doing so is by monitoring the number of GamerScore (GS) points (gained by unlocking achievements) a player has.
I put this challenge to you. My individual goal (HM) is to increase my GS by 20,000 points by September 1st 2010. As this seemed a popular idea, many freeola users have jumped in with their own personal challenges.
If you are interested in joining the challenge, just post your target score and how many points you are away (or just a target amount), along with your Gamertag and I'll put you on the board below.
Keep posting updates when you unlock achievements. The best way (and most manageable) would be to post the game title and the number of points achieved from the start date of your target. For instance: if I had a Viva Pinata and unlocked 600 points, I would post: "Viva Pinata - 600 points".. Points gained from before the target date do not count.

AvP single player is fun but poor at the same time. You'll see why as you play it.
Race Pro - Easy achieves can be had by racing against one mini in various setups. That's what I did anyway. I remember being in a party with a kid who couldn't even finish the first time trial/race in the game, now that's super bad.

Started yet another racing game. This time it is Race Pro. Already had 15 points on it from last year. Just working through the easier achievements before I go through the career mode. Got 225 points and there are still a few easy ones to go. The online achievements look time consuming though.
I've got Aliens vs Predator coming from LoveFilm. I've not renewed my Live subscription so it will just be the single player achievements for me. I need to finish Splinter Cell before I play it.
LoveFilm do make some odd decisions from time to time. I had Rainbow 6 Vegas 1 and 2 on my list so they decided to send me 2 first.
Last week they sent me a film which was not on my list.

Well LoveFilm have decided to send me God of War 3 instead of Just Cause 2, despite it being low priority and Just Cause being high lol.

I'm a Sonic playing legend. Played the game today, got the remaining achievements in one go. That included completing the game without dying, collecting all the emeralds and finishing the game in under 40 minutes. A lovely 150 points and another complete game.
Couple more trophies, but sent back Heavy Rain, it kept freezing which was really annoying. Marks on the disc from LoveFilm, d'oh!

40 points on Grid and I thought I'd play a bit of Sonic 1 which I just remembered I had and not finished. I decided to go for the Marble Zone Act 1 in under 80 seconds achievement and got that for 15 points.
I've got over 16,000 now, which I didn't think I'd get so soon.

55 points on Grid and that is the single player finished. 750 miles I had to drive on that game today.
