That would be totally stupid and out of context with the game. How many gangsters do you know that ride around on skateboards?
Just making the worlds more interactive and the people in them more realistic should be 1st on the agenda. Places like the Vice City Mall were excellent ideas, but when you actually came to exploring them it was obvious how limited the interiors really were.

its just a vote that happened on ops2's website and 2000 people said they wanted pedal bikes and skateboards ( i don't think for tricks just kinda moving)
mmm, bicycles wont be that good, becuase you will run out of breath on it, like running. hope they have more kinds of moterbikes, more fast cars. like them cars in the show room in vice city, they were nice. skateboards you'll also run ouit of breath. anyway it's not a trick game, it's a gang game with shooting, sex, and money.
snow and skateboards were also quite high on the wanted list.
