A thread to discuss cricket incase anyone else is a fan like me.

Scotland vs SA and NZ vs Kenya today I'm hoping for a NZ win as that would put our fate in our own hands (whather thats a good thing or not I don't know!) and I can't see anything but a SA win.

India had a good knock yesterday to say the least!

India were very good with the bat. I think they'd be a little disappointed they didn't bowl Bermuda out sooner but it's just nitpicking on my part I guess. :)

West Indies are through to the Super 8's after beating Zimbabwe. Zimbabwe can still get through if results go their way, if I've worked it out right.

India make a record tournament score to bounce back from a shocking defeat to bangladesh.

We really should have beaten them by a bigger margin to get our run rate up as if NZ lose one of their matches there could be 3 of us on 4 points and the run rate will be the decider.

Australia winning by that margin was predictable.

England are a team in turmoil. Sure, they have won today but disciplinary problems, batting problems and a bowling attack that doesn't look like bowling a team out are causes of concern.

They should beat Kenya but they need to find their best form if they want to go further in the competition.

That's better! Collingwood and Bopara are playing a decent game now. :)

I really don't know what England are up to at the moment. :-S

That was a pretty nervy ending to the Ireland game there. Pakistan are out and Ireland are almost through.

Ireland look set to win under the Duckworth-Lewis method now, so we could well have two upsets on one St. Paddy's Day!

Well, that was unexpected. Bangladesh win! Ireland need just 52 for another upset!
