Ireland 30-4 after 10 overs at the minute I think they'll be lucky to get to 100.

A win in both the last 2 games should guarantee us 4th spot but at the moment I really can't see us winning either.

New Zealand managed to turn 4 for 2 into 219 but Sri Lanka strolled to the target. That result only really leaves 4th up for grabs now.

New Zealand are in some trouble here, could be their first defeat.

Englands innings was terrible, they had a great opportunity to be agressive to show what they can do and get their tournament going but instead chose to be conservative.

When they wanted 8 from about 50 balls and went about 22 balls without scoring was painful to watch, if that was Australia it would have all been over in 2-3 balls no problems.

But at least it's a win and if we beat SA we will go 4th. We could do with NZ bearing Sri Lanka today as if they do and we beat SA there's a possibility we could even go 3rd.

Urgh, that was horrible to watch. England really have been rubbish with the bat and they made heavy weather of a rather simple target.

They need miraculous improvement with the bat if they want a semi final place, in my opinion.

143 all out. Mahmood getting Rasel to knock it to Flintoff at slip. So, all England needed to get a good performance was a quick, bouncy pitch.

Now England need to back it up with the bat.

144 the target then, need a good run rate to beat SA's in the table, just in case it comes down to it. :)

Straight up in the air for Collingwood. Panesar has 3 wickets now. Shouldn't be too long now.
