BT do £19.99 but its capped to only 1Gb a month. Uncapped 512k varies between ISPs but you can get Pipex for £23.44 which has all the features such as webspace, newsgroups, P2P access etc. Some do uncapped but block P2P but are cheaper. Watch out for sub £20 512K connections as they are usually capped to 1Gb or 2Gb a month which isnt much if your using the connection alot.

YAY!
Anyway.
I see 2 dial up connections (we had to make a second for some reason..) and a 1394 (?!) and LAN connection.
I've tried making a new one - BB - and it says 'should already be configured. Now F off'
Moo.

I have no connections under any browsers, if you go to internet options --> connections, that white box is completely empty yet it still seems to realise the connection exists and is able to use it. It's the same for any internet applications I use, I didn't have to configure them or anything, they all sort it out themselves. You could try going through the connections setup wizard which is under that tab to see if that helps at all but I don't see any reason why it should.
I also have nothing to indicate that my ADSL exists, that little green computer in the tray is a thing of the past on my computer but there's probably a way to enable it which might be useful for troubleshooting.
Not sure how though.
Go into the control panel, then into network connections and tell us what you see there.
What router do you have?
