The "General Games Chat" forum, which includes Retro Game Reviews, has been archived and is now read-only. You cannot post here or create a new thread or review on this forum.
But please choose for this crucial, possible, eventual name change:
Should we be:
1 SpecialReserve.net
2 SpecialDirect.com
3 RedSplat.com
4 SRDN.com (Special Reserve Discount Network)
There can only be one.
Note that we don't own SpecialReserve.com (it's in USA hands) and we don't own SpecialReserve.co.uk as it was registered by the bloke who runs Computer Exchange to stop us getting it.
The shorter the better.
IF it is specialdirect will all the magazines and logos and sites be called specail direct?
**********
I don't see why we shouldn't spell 'our' own name wrong and look complete idiots... it Worked for Komani... :D
Just Kidding, TW!
GAME
My reason is that Gaming is all about Now and the Future, not really about the past, especially the retail side of things.
Special Direct seems so much more up-to-date! It may not sound right because we're used to Special Reserve, but it is the best thing.
You'll need to keep the sub-sites though, right?!
GAME
Red Splat = Tomato sauce website
I vote SpecialReserve.net
SpecialDirect.com doesn't have the same ring to it although the .com instead of .net is better.
As I said the .net one is the best.
