Fast and the Furious 3: Tokyo Drift

Its rubbish really. The story is pathetic and the set pieces are unbelievable (the Japanese Yakuza settling a problem with some punk kid by having a car race? I dont think so), but the only reason you would go to see this film is for the cars anyway and the races all look great. It was as fun to watch as the other two, possibly even better than #2 and there is a nice surprise at the end for fans of the series.

If you are wanting some great acting, a heart wrentching story and some brilliantly detailed drama, then this isnt for you. If you want Japanese girls in short skirts driving customised sports cars then I think you'll love it.

Starts badly but improves until being just about watchable but by god, i hate CGI!

it had ashton "dude wheres my car? shibbyyy" kutcher. i thought it was gonna be a big pile of the not so good.

but it wasnt, thouroughly enjoyed it, nice plot, keeps you intruiguied the whole way. dark, but still manages comedy moments.

It was pretty smart and well paced, but it was all played out as expected with no real surprises. Definitely better than the terrible oceans 12, but not quite good enough to beat the original.

That was pretty damn great and it's given me plenty to think about.
I'm only marking it down because it's 3 hours long with no ad breaks and it moves at a manic pace. Dont even consider trying to watch it unless it has your full attention.

Delightful ... loved it. Mindbending and thought provoking. Had me thinking about it for days after. Like it says on the cover ... unforgettable. And just when I thought Kate Winslet couldn't get any more alluring ...

I take back what i said about the ending. The film is flawless, as reflected by the 3 10/10 marks it now has. The granfatherly advice given in the first scene on the bus is one of the funniest things i've seen in a long time and Greg Kinnears "No?" to the cop who pulls him over is priceless.
