Think of Desert Island Discs. Consider this desert island to have a nice TV and a PS2. Perhaps a pair of controllers. Maybe even a multitap and some people willing to play. And you're going to be dumped there. But you can take games. One from each category.
But what are the best games?
I don't know. Maybe you do, we all have our opinions. Just 'vote' if you will. But the voting is nominating and vice-versa. Like a notable contest with games rather than people...
Three votes, any games. Doesn't matter if they're all RPG's, or all FPS's... Whatever.
A sort of 'Best of the Best', if you will. Basically just to see what games are really worth buying and playing.

yeah i agree with the whole plot thing being too complicated with MGS2, but gameplay wise it was fantastic. I wouldnt call it crap tho.
Yes I really recommend playing ICO for the whole tranquil experience. I found it only worth playing through once though cos its a "one off" gaming experience.

yeah i agree with the whole plot thing being too complicated with MGS2, but gameplay wise it was fantastic. I wouldnt call it crap tho.

I agree 100%, Coin. Raiden was a stupid idea as he quite simply, sucks ass.
MGS2 is crap.
It's a movie, with an interactive feature. Actually, the game, when you got to play it, was great, but it's too easy and boring. Plus they made the story too unbelievable and got ride of Snake. Boo.

Metal Gear Solid 2, by far my fave PS2 game

No, I owned both THPS and THPS 2, which was a great game, probably my favorite non-FF game on the PSX, but I am saying that 3 and Underground are the best Tony Hawk games.
