This thread has been linked to the game 'Mario Party 6'.
With no fanfare, typically, Nintendo just announced Mario Party 6 will be partly controlled by microphone which comes free with the game.
So I thought at first it'd plug in a control port, but MP6 being big with the multiplayer aspect, the four control ports will be full. So I guess it's plugging underneath?
And now I wonder what other games it'll be used for..

Done before by Nintendo as it happens.
They never said it was revolutionary, they said it would extend the life span... in other words allow for different games to be made ala the bongo drums...
