Wow^^ Started typing out the title and I had Short Story Comp 36 cached still. Must clear out my cache :D

'Tis the season and all that so the topic is

Bauble*

No word limits, no rules, just give me something good to read.

Closing date: 05.01.07

* I had to 'dictionary.com' that word because it just didn't look right!

It's a bit rushed, and more than likely not very good.
I'll probably do another at some point -- if I can think of something.

Bauble. It's not the easiest item to slip into a story.

At first I didn't see what baubles had to do with your story, but then I read the rest....

Another (probably) slightly distasteful effort from me. Got it in early.

Hmmmmm, Bauble, and only a couple weeks to do it in. And I spell Xmas with a D for Drunk, which always brings out my wordiness.

I'll see what I can come up with, and apologize in advance for how awful it will be - beer and baubles may well be a bad mix.

Oh yeah, now I remember those, especially SSC37 - I wrote a classic for that one he says modestly.

lol and you are forgetting who the keeper for 'All Short Story entries' was

SSC38 - Run for your lives!!
SSC37 - Breasts
SSC36 - Vicissitude
SSC35 – The Woods

Can't find the uptodate list at work so it may be on the home computer. The archives are only up to the point when Freeola first re-opened the forums. All posts between then and when the pulled the plug and started again have disappeared :(

Click

This is SSC35 and aswell as announcing you as the winner, he mentions that it might be the last SSC. He posted this around the time the forums went down and I couldnt find any SSC36 in the archive. =(

You're forgetting in your old age Sleepy ;)
