does any one think that because some of the moves are planed before hand and some of it is staged that wrestling has lost its touch?
I love watchin those bulky americans chuck each other round a ring but when 1 of them acts hurt and you saw that he couldn't be it just really sucks.
Has any 1 read Mick foleys 1st Autibiography it is brill i'm about half way through and am starting to learn that it ain't all glitz and glammor.

Well ive used it twice but i dont see the point cos some of these writings are worth GAD but Tony never checks here so no one will ever win so i think its a waste of time unless Tony looks on this topic.

Oh sorry it is in Prime WWF i take it back. I liked the Rock when he was in the Corperation cos when the fanz started to say his catchphrases with him he used to say
"Hold on this aint sing a long with the great one." He would then attempt to say it again and the fanz would keep saying it with him and it really P*ssed hom off.

This is all about the Rock and his WWF Career!
The Rock (Rocky Maivia, from his dads wrestling name) first came into the WWF at the 1997 Royal Rumble (I think that was right, correct me if i'm wrong) and was an instant hit with the crowd and soon became known as the Rock!
However his overnight success went to his head and he soon joined up and became a member of the Nation of Domination along with Farooq, the Godfather, Owen Hart and D-Lo Brown.
He had many big fueds with people such as HHH and Stone Cold. We all remember their classic fight at DX in your house dont we? Where D-lo was backdropped onto the front window of stone colds Truck and then stunnered on top of it! He wasn't even in the match! Anyway Austin won after taking on all members of the Nation and defeating the Rock to regain his Intercontinental title.
The Rock continued his succes in the WWF until one day he gave all his Nation members gifts such as gold watches but when Farooq (The Leader) recieved his he wasn't too happy because it was a framed photo of the Rock! Rock and Farooq ended up fighting because of this when the other members of the nation turned on their leader and helped the Rock take out Farooq!!!!
The NAtion broke up not long after and the Rock went on a successful singles carrer and became a fan favourite! Until the 1998 Survivor Series Deadly Game Tournament when the Rock shocked everyone when he went from being the Peoples champion to the Corporate Champion and joined with Vince Mcmahon and won the WWF Title!!
The Rock stayed with the corportion for some time and was a big star in the WWF and had massive battles with Mankind! Including the brutal I quit match at the 1999 Royal Rumble!!
After regaining the WWF Title at a raw before Wrestlmania 15 he fought Stone Cold but ended up loosing to the Rattlesnake!
The Rock ended up leaving the Corporation to go it alone. He won the 2000 Royal Rumble much to a controversial finish. The Rock ended up putting his career on the line 3 time in one month due to the Mcmahon Helmsley era! Vince Mcmahom returned however and against te Rocks will sided with him at Wrestlemania 16! The Rock and HHH were the last two men in that match and Vince saw his oppertunity to screw the Rock and helped HHH defeat him, Vince said he was waiting for the perfect oppertunity to humiliate the Rock! The Rock had fueds with the Big Show and HHH who he beat at Backlash 2000 for the WWF Title!
The Rocks reign was short lived however as he lost it back to HHH at the second ever Iron Man match at Judgment Day, again to a controversial style finish! Then again the Rock won it back at the following ppv King of the Ring 2000 when he pinned Vince Mcmahon in a six man tag match!
His title reign was longer this time around whoever when he defended in Fatal Four way and Triple Threat matches until he fought Kurt Angle at No Mercy 2000 when interference from Rikishi lost the Rock his WWF title!
The ppv after (Survivor series) the Rock whupped Rikishi for this and then at Armageddon competed in the deadly six man Hell in a Cell against Rikishi, Stone Cold, HHH, the Undertaker and the champion Kurt Angle. This was a brutal match all round until Kurt Angle amazingly defended his title!
At the 2001 Royal Rumble he was eliminated 2nd from last and needed another way to headline his third Wrestlemania main event. At No Way Out he defeated Kurt Angle in a great Match with the Rock becoming WWF Champion once again!
This lead to a rematch between The Rock and Austin at wrestlemania, this was probably the biggest match in WWF history!
The match was brilliant and brutal contest with both men giving it their all until Vince Mcmahon came down and again screwed the Rock and sided with Stone Cold much to the worlds shock!
The following day on raw the Rock fought Austin in a rematch inside a steel cage which the Rock was dominant in until once again Vince Mcmahom interfered and then HHH came down and nailed the Rock with a sledge Hammer and the Pedigree!
Then the bomb shell Vince suspended the Rock form the WWF until further notice (He really went to shoot the film the Mummy Returns) and the Rock hasn't been seen since.
Maybe a return at Invasion and a WWF title rematch at Summerslam!
