For anyone who hasn't seen any Alan Partirdge material, you gotta check it out. Truly Steve Coogan is a comical genius. I would like to start a new topic devoted to the king of chat.

I'll start with my favourite moment:

Scene - Alan is at Tandy's at an exclusive 'after-hours' Christmas shop. He checks out a CD player and pushes the open button.

"That's a nice action."

He does it again.

"That IS a nice action"

He does it once more. He's decided.

"Yep, that's a quality action. But I've got one."

It might not sound that funny actually but it is.

And you thought I'd forgotten.

'I'm Alan Partridge, winner of the essay contest, of that there's no doubt.'

Is Blue Jam still on Radio 1? It used to be monday night at midnight if i remember rightly, but now it's the Breeze Block instead.

Nah, I'm getting it this weekend I think.

Been watching Brass Eye and listening to Blue Jam mainly.

That Chris Morris is one warped individual.

Loads of extra bits on the box set. "Schpunt" is an instant classic. Anyone else seen it? Goatboy?

Snuggly, you still there? We bought the KMKYWAP box set today. It's got 25 mins extra on it - well funny. On the bit with Keith Hunt, they have a clip of him doing This Is Your Life on Sue Lewis. They have David Schneider dressed up as a big red book.

Classic.
