No it worked up to 9 (with the blip of 8) 10 and it's sequel were awful, well 10 was distinctly average it's sequel was awful to be more precise.
I think it will be an RPG aswell.
Can't think why they would want to change a Final Fantasy into another genre, worked all the way up to 11 so far.

Looks like its not gonna be an RPG game. Instead a gun shooting DMC kinda game. Looks pretty good from the new screen shots on ff7ac.net
Apparently it's getting released on PS2 and PSP.

Same here, i'd never even heard of it before i was lent it by a friend.

I'm not sure what mine was, i think listening in on the conversation to collapse sector 7, i think that was the point it really got involving and i couldn't beleive it when they actually suceeded.
There were a lot of parts in the story where things dont go your way and that had never happened before, collapse of sector 7, the betrayal of Cait Sith, death of Aeris, cloud handing over the black materia, i'm still trying to work out who slaughtered the shin-ra building, it's not possible that it was Sephiroth.
