Is your wi-fi on the 802.11g protocol? Otherwise it could get laggy.

I may buy a wi-fi aerial for my PC soon (I have the ability to use wi-fi apparently if I get the kit as my motherboard has whatever connection is required...I dunno, I'm not a whizz at that kinda thing...) so that I can play games over broadband...

Obviously I've got a while to decide though.

Seriously I wouldn't import the DS, I was tempted at one point... until I considered the problem with plugs etc...

We don't know if this'll be region free like the other handhelds...

Recharging the thing is no worry, that can be easily worked around, its whether games will be locked regionally, or indeed Wi-fi interaction will suffer, etc.

That's why you'd need to buy an adaptor, dullard.

Doesn't the DS when it's out here use a european plug for it's recharger like the SP did? that means if it's out in a america it will have a plug that only works with the safe 120v instead of our 240v. So i think the American charger won't work if you use it over here.

Ah, so no analogue then, I suppose.

We'll have to wait and see, its the only reason I'm still undecided with importing.

Do you think they'll put any region coding on the DS games?
If not, I'll probably import it.
